Special Order - Europe Archery

When a product is a special order, this is indicated by a notification on the product page. Due to market dynamics, the status of a product may change over time, and a product subsequently become a special order. Should this be the case, our customer service team will always contact you about your order.



Some products indicate that they're 'special order', which means that the product isn't in stock, due to the various options.

In case of a special order the product must be specially ordered from the supplier/manufacturer. When you have ordered one (or more) special order product(s), our customer service team will contact you.

After confirmation (from you as a customer) it becomes a custom order, this means that this product(s) cannot simply be cancelled or returned.


This depends on several things, because the product must be specially ordered from the supplier/manufacturer:
- It depends on if the supplier/manufacturer has it in stock;
- It depends on how long the shipment takes from the supplier/manufacturer to us;
- It depends on how many orders are already placed for these products and if they're in backorder.

On average this means that it can possibly take 10-12 weeks before the product will arrive at your address. This means that it also can take shorter or longer then 12 weeks. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.




Pre-Order - Europe Archery

When a product is a pre-order, this is indicated by a notification on the product page. Due to market dynamics, the status of a product may change over time. Should this be the case, our customer service team will always contact you about your order.



A pre-order is reserving (and paying for a product) before it's released or in stock. By doing so, you claim a copy of this product and are assured of delivery as soon as the product is available. It offers you certainty, but delivery times can vary.

The stock indicated by Google may differ, we do not yet have a direct solution for this miscommunication. You can always contact us regarding product delivery times.



The delivery time depens on our stock and that of our suppliers/manufacturers. If you have a question about the delivery time of specific products, please contact us.

The estimated delivery time mentioned for the individual products are approximate and are set to be as accurate as possible and are to the best knowledge of Europe Archery. Since these times are an estimate it will never be final. All orders will be delivered in one shipment unless agreed otherwise and therefore a final delivery term will depend on the longest item.

- If for any reason the delivery terms are not met it will be at the discretion of Europe Archery and no claims or compensations can be obtained.
- When orders are cancelled or partially cancelled the remainder of the order will be refunded or substituted with other products. The refund will be minus possible bank fees.
- If the delivery term exceeds 30 days your order may be cancelled free of charge, excluding custom and special orders. In order to proceed with cancellation you will need to send cancellation notice in writing to europearchery.com. In this cancellation notice we advice you to state your order number and personal details to ensure appropriate action. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
- All orders will take effect upon full payment. For all orders Europe Archery will calculate delivery time from the date of payment.
- Alternate or deviant issues will be at the discretion of europearchery.com. Consultation may be required.
